Eric Hoffman my service writer was great. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous explaining to me the process and what my options were. The work was satisfactory and timely done. My only complaint is, when I picked up my truck, I was disappointed to see that no one thought to put seat protectors on the Tan leather seats. I noticed right away there were black smudges on my leather seats, steering wheel and armrest driver side. Passenger side had grease on the carpet not the floor mat, but the carpet on the passenger side along with black smudges on the seat and door armrest. More
