Communication during the process was terrible. I dropped my truck off Friday with an appointment and the vehicle was not looked at until Tuesday. I questioned whether or not the repair would be under warranty and the service technician told me she would get back to me before diagnostics. She never did and then I was charged a diagnostic fee. Additionally the Service advisor was little to no help when I wanted to price match tires from a competitor. This was even after I showed her the price match guarantee on your website and on the dashboard inside the dealership behind her workstation showing that you match tire pricing. She either did not want to be bothered or was clearly too busy to provide any customer service. To be fair Carly remained professional and friendly in spite of not resolving any of my issues. She was never outwardly rude, but appeared to need additional training on your policies and procedures. My previous experiences there have been great, I can not say the same for this visit. More

Long story short, I have never EVER dealt with mechanics shop that went above a beyond the work/ repairs they recommend. They were fast, efficient and reliable. From the customer service to the constant li shop that went above a beyond the work/ repairs they recommend. They were fast, efficient and reliable. From the customer service to the constant line if communication during the work that was being competed on my vehicle (A TOTAL ENGINE REPLACEMENT) are bar NONE!! A group of well trained professionals that get the job done ! Very rare in these times we are living in. A great big THANKS to the Wayne Akers Ford team for excellent work and customer service.
