I was charged for a diagnostic for my truck which I was told was a catalytic converter when I was having transmission issues. After expressing my concern that this would not fix the transmission they kept told was a catalytic converter when I was having transmission issues. After expressing my concern that this would not fix the transmission they kept the truck a few more days and then told me it was a torque converter to fix. Both of these issues would have been more than what the truck is worth and employees seemed unprofessional I bought this truck at this dealership less than two years ago.. More

JP and Shawntal were great. My interaction with Diego Torres, however, was disappointing and terrible at best. Not a very good experience here every time I’ve come so take the other negative or neutral reviews into consideration. I just wanted to give them my money and another chance but this entire experience made me go elsewhere. Good customer service goes a long way and Diego Torres did not provide anything remotely close to that. More

My car was dropped off to Ben Bukenen on 12/18/25. He was very helpful keeping me updated that the car had to stay over the weekend and that it would be ready on 12/22. However I found out later on that he was on PTO the following week. Not his fault but no one kept me updated after countless calls that were left unanswered. I called sales to try to get someone from maintenance to answer and yet no callbacks were made. I had to visit the property on 12/23 in person to finally get an update. When I picked up my car the car was left filthy on the outside.. my tires were orange caused by well water from the sprinklers. Very apparent water spots all over the car. Not happy with the customer service and how my car was treated. Will not be coming to this dealership again. More
