I just went in to look at a specific vehicle they listed on their web site. I checked it out and took it for a test drive. They brought out a carfax and made a point to tell me that it had no repairs listed on their web site. I checked it out and took it for a test drive. With this in mind, I started negotiating at KBB "Fair" condition market value. First, while the sales guy took a bunch of personal information, he had the audacity to state, "I don't think you really want this car." Supposedly, because I preferred to stand instead of sit, I wasn't a serious buyer. This, after I went an hour out of my way on a five hour trip just to see this car! The guy was a complete jerk. We got past that insult and he took my offer to the higher ups. He came back and told me a bald faced lie that the wholesale value of the car was $14000, and he couldn't sell it for less than that. KBB says the wholesale value of this car is $9700, which is well under my offer! Even the "Excellent" condition wholesale value is $11500. Scarff obviously employes salesmen who embody the worst that car dealers are known for. More

I first called and talked to a salesman named kevin allen and the call was handled with so much enthusiasm that i had to go and check it out in person. When i got there i was blown away by his knowledge of t and the call was handled with so much enthusiasm that i had to go and check it out in person. When i got there i was blown away by his knowledge of the f-150 ans surprised by how Kevin was more interested in making sure I bought the right truck than just making a sale. I will allways purchase from Kevin as long as he stays in sales. I will also refer all my friends and family to Kevin and Scarff Ford. More

I was in the market for a new Mustang, it was suggested that I try Scarff Ford of Auburn and speak to a sales person named Adam Cole. We sat down and ordered my new GT on the big screen in the customer ser that I try Scarff Ford of Auburn and speak to a sales person named Adam Cole. I had called Adam to check on the cars arrival, he said that the car had not arrived.
