Taivon was an excellent and personable salesperson. The staff was friendly as well. He was very willing to let me do as I needed in test driving and very patient. Kind to the kids as well. The first time I looked at cars after being rear ended the day before, Andrew Deringer showed me 4 different SUV Ford models. I sat in them and he explained everything about each model. He also told me about the Lifetime Warranty Way Ford had and answered all sorts of questions I had. Andrew was polite, kind and professional. We told him that Way Ford was my preference. But that I was just beginning to look at cars. I wanted one that was American made to do my bit in supporting the US economy. But was still in shock about my car that was now wrecked by someone who said that he only looked away for a minute. Days later Rob Knowels helped me look at THE car I chose. Andrew was off that day. The car was a Manager Special so we couldn’t wait in case someone else was interested in it. Rob Knowels also was polite and courteous and took his time when he showed us the Ford Escape SE. I had so many questions and he answered all of them. He never rushed us and I even ended up with features that the standard Escape SE had. This was a courtesy car, with a very low mileage.
