The Maverick ordering process was nearly as smooth as it could have been (though we have little to compare to since we have never done this before). Francisco was friendly, helpful and as accommodating as t could have been (though we have little to compare to since we have never done this before). Francisco was friendly, helpful and as accommodating as the process within he had to operate would allow. The only glitch in the process itself was the need for Francisco to have to go off to the manager in another office to get pricing information for options/packages. Why was that information not available directly to him? (And for that matter, why was/is current info not available on ford.com?). It is for this reason I have rated “Customer Service” below as four out of five. It is the whole sales process that needs to be improved, not the actions of the fellow who is stuck between the customer on the sales floor and someone in an office elsewhere. It is good that this dealership is selling customer-ordered vehicles (including the Maverick) at $500 off MSRP….which is a contrast to what I have heard about other dealers. I have adjusted the “price” rating below to reflect this. Now we wait to see how long it takes for Ford to actually produce the vehicle….and then how the dealership handles their end once it is shipped — if it is shipped. And after that, hopefully only for routine maintenance, we will see how the service department fares. More

I flew from central California because Way Scarff Ford had a 2022 Super Duty platinum. Once I got there, I was picked up by Mark Emery at the airport and was given the opportunity to drive back to the dea had a 2022 Super Duty platinum. Once I got there, I was picked up by Mark Emery at the airport and was given the opportunity to drive back to the dealership. Mark and the team were outstanding to do business with. Shy of having to verify my address because it was an out of state cash purchase, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything went smoothly and off I went with my new truck. Would highly recommend Way Scarff Ford. More
