This dealership has had my vehicle since 11/15/2022 because the car would not start in the Ford Service department. They replaced the battery that day but informed me they were working on other issues. because the car would not start in the Ford Service department. They replaced the battery that day but informed me they were working on other issues. On 11/25 I was informed the other issues were because of a previous collision and the car would be moved to another department which was collision. The person in service lied and misled me on several occasions but the car was moved to collision and the person over my car there has been upfront with me. However, this dealer has had my car for 16 days and I am being told it was going to take another 2 -3 weeks. Over a month without my vehicle. This dealership is totally incompetent and not worth the time and frustration. More
