Beware of this dealership. Called about 3 recalls on my F250. Confirmed the recalls with the service adviser and set up a time for them to pick the truck up. Was told if they picked it up early morning they should have it done that day. Once they got my truck they text, not even call to tell me that the repairs will take 3 weeks. I advice them I can not go without a vehicle (my truck) for 3 weeks that I need a loaner truck. They proceed to tell me they can put me on a waiting list for a loaner but they don’t provide trucks. So I guess I am supposed to stop working because they lie about the time needed for the repair and can’t schedule their loaners. To add insult to injury I am a mechanic by trade and know the job can but done in two days max with the mechanic not rushing to do the job. So basically my truck will sit in a back lot for 2 1/2 weeks and then they will fix it. Will never see another penny from me. More

My husband is crazy about this Waxahachie Ford Dealership. He purchased his extended cab loaded package Ford Truck at this location. This Waxahachie Ford dealership has an impeccable show room. This is the reason we went to this Waxahachie Ford dealership for my purchase. There wasn't much of a selection on the lot to compare to. I had seen Broncos around town and was very impressed with the body style. I dont like technology in the very very least. However, the only selection on the sales lot was appealing and the right color (my husband prefers white). We test drove it and decided it was the vehicle for my purposes. The sales staff was friendly and predictable. Corbin was easy work with and was very professional. The sign of these times makes anything difficult, but My husband and Corbin came to an agreement and we signed the papers. It was a good deal and the Ford Bronco is a good vehicle. I get attached to things over time, so I am feeling pretty good about this choice. More
