I purchased a 2020 Silverado Durmax. I asked for the service record of course they provided CarFax, but failed to add a copy to the final paperwork. The pride themselves on their “Customer Service”, which in turn their character and carisma at sale was on point. Unfortunately it’s all part of the sales trick. I traded in my BMW which they only value at 2,150$. They claim to give you a discount but what they actually do is mark up the price on the contract to show one but you’re paying sticker price. Don’t be fooled and don’t let them write that in. They do not give you any discount. Be sure to check the oils etc. the offer a free change but let you leave on dirty low oil. It was also low on DEF fluid and we all know how troublesome that becomes if not cared for. Upon leavening the dealership 3hrs down the road the check engine light came on with a reduced power. This was on the freeway. Very hazardous and potentially life threatening for me and my son. Which they cared nothing about. They push to sale a warranty that is not needed. Manufacturer warranty for my truck is 100k miles. They tried to sale me a warranty that will cut off at 150k miles for 4,300$. So they really selling 50k of warranty for that much. That word it nicely to you don’t notice. Once you leave the location the customer becomes a number and commission. Safety is not their concern. After continuous struggle with the truck I sent it in for repair at GUNN Chevrolet. My conversation with “my sales representative” who states his main priority is customer satisfaction. I had the GM service récord pulled from the vin number and that’s where everything came out. All the previous worked done to it and how it continues to be a problem. The same issues were on during their 42 point inspection but failed to mention so. GM records show which store numbers did what to it before sales. I definitely don’t recommend shopping here at any point. Have photos to show their responses and failed promises. More

Beware of this dealership. Called about 3 recalls on my F250. Confirmed the recalls with the service adviser and set up a time for them to pick the truck up. Was told if they picked it up early morning they should have it done that day. Once they got my truck they text, not even call to tell me that the repairs will take 3 weeks. I advice them I can not go without a vehicle (my truck) for 3 weeks that I need a loaner truck. They proceed to tell me they can put me on a waiting list for a loaner but they don’t provide trucks. So I guess I am supposed to stop working because they lie about the time needed for the repair and can’t schedule their loaners. To add insult to injury I am a mechanic by trade and know the job can but done in two days max with the mechanic not rushing to do the job. So basically my truck will sit in a back lot for 2 1/2 weeks and then they will fix it. Will never see another penny from me. More

More
