My husband set up an appointment for me to get my Explorer worked on. Since I work in Red Oak I assumed he set it up with Waxahachie Ford. After dropping off my vehicle and told them I was supposed t Explorer worked on. Since I work in Red Oak I assumed he set it up with Waxahachie Ford. After dropping off my vehicle and told them I was supposed to get a loaner to drive I found out that the appointment was scheduled at another Ford dealership after I already left the dealership in my loaner. Nothing was said by the service department and they gave me a very nice brand new Expedition to drive. Thank you so much for your Wonderful service! More

Not happy! Bought a used F150. Paid thousands extra to have it certified and they couldn’t even give us a spare key. They didn’t disclose that it might not have a spare key. We would have negotiated. CROOKS- actually stole from my husband Waxahachie Dodge is full of CROOKS. My husband bought a new truck from them, and they added $1000 to the financing above all agreed costs- and were pa Waxahachie Dodge is full of CROOKS. Hubby also purchased a $5,000 warranty- and THEY DID NOT PROCESS IT. They pocketed the money- STOLE it from my husband, and the warranty company never got the information, leaving my husband without the warranty he paid a lot of money for. When he calls to try to resolve this (because, make no mistake about this- this is ILLEGAL), they HANG UP on him. He has already called an attorney. The next step is to call the new's consumer help reports. I've noticed both twitter & insta accounts are suspended- could we be the LAST people to find out this dealership commits fraud overtly???
