Negative stars if would let me. What a disrespectful and waste of time in a service shop. Very poor customer service and rude and got mad at us and drives my truck in appropriately in the service lane. When waste of time in a service shop. Liars on top of that. Tells me one thing day before to bring in the truck. Will get it checked out. Get there and it’s completely different and expects us to wait a couple days just to review check engine light and go from there. Whether it’s warranty or out of pocket I wouldnt spend $1 here for anything! Go elsewhere that will treat customers the way they should be. More

The dealership took my F-150 in and had it back fixed a week later. The loaner car was excellent and I did not feel impacted by not having my truck. My husband set up an appointment for me to get my Explorer worked on. Since I work in Red Oak I assumed he set it up with Waxahachie Ford. After dropping off my vehicle and told them I was supposed t Explorer worked on. Since I work in Red Oak I assumed he set it up with Waxahachie Ford. After dropping off my vehicle and told them I was supposed to get a loaner to drive I found out that the appointment was scheduled at another Ford dealership after I already left the dealership in my loaner. Nothing was said by the service department and they gave me a very nice brand new Expedition to drive. Thank you so much for your Wonderful service! More
Not happy! Bought a used F150. Paid thousands extra to have it certified and they couldn’t even give us a spare key. They didn’t disclose that it might not have a spare key. We would have negotiated.
