After dropping off my vehicle and told them I was supposed to get a loaner to drive I found out that the appointment was scheduled at another Ford dealership after I already left the dealership in my loaner. Not happy! Bought a used F150. Paid thousands extra to have it certified and they couldn’t even give us a spare key. They didn’t disclose that it might not have a spare key. We would have negotiated.
