excellent until the end, my bill showed the actual drive out price, so all good. when i presented a credit card, that's an additional 3% fee ($60). i actually could have paid cash, but came unprepared. i out price, so all good. when i presented a credit card, that's an additional 3% fee ($60). i actually could have paid cash, but came unprepared. it seemed strange that they spend all this money/time to attract Customers then ding them at the end like this.....i thought county tax office was only place with this policy. so this seems to be a management policy....never had this happen before at any dealership including Ford and Toyota, it was just very irritating, and i left in that state. i'll probably be back, but i'm a pretty average guy and imagine that this irritates a lot of people that they're spending good money trying to attract. so management or whoever is responsible for this policy, should reconsider whether they want to be in same crowd as county tax office. More

Negative stars if would let me. What a disrespectful and waste of time in a service shop. Get there and it’s completely different and expects us to wait a couple days just to review check engine light and go from there. Whether it’s warranty or out of pocket I wouldnt spend $1 here for anything! Go elsewhere that will treat customers the way they should be. More
