Let me know when it would be finished, and it was on time. Picked it up. Later my Granddaughter saw something in the backseat. I looked the car over and found a few faults. I returned the next day and informed Kelly of the problems. We immediately went to Jonathan (Drive manager) He did not hesitate, I was assured it would be corrected. I went into the lounge. A little while later Jonathan returned. He had my Jeep in the service drive. The Jeep was finished and He had washed it and filled the tank! Everything was done and the Jeep was cleaned up. More
General purpose advise for anyone: You should always do your research before going to any dealership or vehicle you are about to purchase. That being said, I already knew what I wanted, so it wasn't a terr your research before going to any dealership or vehicle you are about to purchase. That being said, I already knew what I wanted, so it wasn't a terrible or long process. The sales rep I worked with was Orlando Martinez Jr., good dude. More

BUYER BEWARE! !!! I wish I could leave a zero On Tuesday June 4 I met with sales rep Marcus about buying a Charger or Challenger. Their web site states they wou !!! I wish I could leave a zero On Tuesday June 4 I met with sales rep Marcus about buying a Charger or Challenger. Their web site states they would pay $1,000 more than my highest written offer on my trade in which I provided. Car Max offered $38,400 for my truck and Marcus stated that were not going to offer me $1,000 over the CarMax price. They stated they would only pay $38,400. That should have been my first warning sign. I went ahead and took 2 test rides. I decided I wanted to buy the green Challenger R/T. Marcus told his sales manager Erik I was going to purchase the vehicle and brought out the offer sheet. Their web site stated the car was $33k + and but the offer sheet was much higher than advertised. They had the Memorial Day sale still listed on their web site before I left my home to go to the dealer and was updated later in the day. Today the web site shows the same vehicle is back on sale at $34k + I advised Marcus I was not going to pay that price on the offer sheet and asked him for my keys to my truck. Marcus asked me to stay and that he would talk to his manager. He came back with a reduced offer which I agreed too but told him I did not want to pay the $1750 in add on’s. He crossed off the add on’s went back to speak to his manager. 15 minutes later he came back and stated the Manager agreed to remove the add on’s and stated congratulations you own a new Challenger. This is when it gets crazy!!! The finance manager came out 15 minutes later and started having me sign the paperwork. I noticed before I was about to officially sign for the car that the add on’s were still on the contract and I told him Marcus stated I did not have to pay it. He said that was not correct and I had to purchase the add on’s. He even looked at Marcus’s paperwork with the scratched out add on’s. I told the finance manager that I was not going to pay it. He stated he was sorry and went back to give me my truck keys back and I drove home. I went home and the sales manager text me and asked if I was still interested in the Challenger. I explained to him Marcus told me I did not have to pay for the add on’s or I would have bought the Challenger. He said no one witnessed Marcus state that to me and It’s my word against his even though you can clearly see on the paperwork he crossed off the add on’s on the paper work. I’m an old 100% disabled veteran and was almost killed serving my country. I received a traumatic brain injury and sometimes can be taken advantage of due to my disability. I even have disabled Texas license plates and have trouble functioning on a daily basis. Thank God I actually read all the documents given to me by the financial manager or I would have been screwed over by paying too much for that vehicle. Thanks for taking the time to read my story.
