HORRIBLE service. If I could put zero stars I would. They had my car for two weeks. During they did not contact us to let us know what they had diagnosed the vehicle with, we had to contact them to find out had my car for two weeks. During they did not contact us to let us know what they had diagnosed the vehicle with, we had to contact them to find out anything that was going on. After a couple of days we were told it was ready to be picked up. Upon arrival we found out they had not yet test drove it and decided they needed to keep it longer. Then we were told it takes 4 to 5 days for new parts to be delivered. Come to find out they ordered the wrong part for the car so we had to wait ANOTHER 4 days for the correct part to come in. When we finally picked up the car 15 days later we brought it home for just one day, long enough to find out the same exact noise we took it in for was still there as well as a new noise that was not there before. We took it back and were assured we would be taken care of in a day or two. After waiting two days with no word of what was going on we contacted them. We had to spend a whole day calling and texting before we finally got in touch with someone who could tell us what they diagnosed it with and were told it would be another 3 days before it was ready, but were promised it would be ready Monday. Showed up at the end of the day Monday and they were barely beginning to work on it. When we finally picked it up a day later we find out they have fixed things on the vehicle that were NEVER discussed with us and we were expected to pay. Vince was very rude and unprofessional through out the entire 3 weeks of dealing with them. We will never do business with the Waxahachie Autoplex again. More

I was very pleased with the diagnosis on my truck. It was repaired quicker than they had predicted. Antonio, in the service dept, was informative & kept me up to date on everything. When me and my wife were on the market for a new RAM 1500, we came across Waxahachie Dodge/RAM dealership. One of the dealership’s representative contacted us and introduced us to Jason Wilde, the internet sales manager. We started negotiating for the purchase thru text messages and over the phone. Jason was very helpful in providing us all the information about the vehicle. He did not hesitate to send us the itemized pricelist of all the dealer installed options including the invoice price. Jason was very transparent and honest in explaining all the incentives and discounts that are available on this sale and what we qualify for. His knowledge and expertise along with his willingness to help a client has made this buying experience very satisfying. I would say that 80 % of this deal was done over the phone and the rest was completed at the dealership for sales documents signing, walk thru and explanation of the vehicle’s features.
