Over a decade, our family has bought at least 7 vehicles from Waxahachie Jeep/Autoplex. While I love the Explorer I purchased in November, the experience with the Ford sales side has been nothing short of a from Waxahachie Jeep/Autoplex. While I love the Explorer I purchased in November, the experience with the Ford sales side has been nothing short of awful. To start, the salesman Matt P. let other people test drive the vehicle AFTER they had run my credit and we were working a deal. I left for 20-30 minutes to pick up my trade-in car for assessment and returned to find other people driving off in the car I was actively negotiating a sale for. The final paperwork was incorrect, I was charged $300 for a key replacement and had to return to correct that. I had after-market items that needed to be installed and was told it would be done same day or the next, but it kept being other day and other day. If it was going to take a week, fine, but just be upfront with me. Now, 3 months after I completed my purchase and made payments, they are hassling me over a military discount and their failure to properly apply the discount and collect the paperwork. We buy lots of vehicles and I've never had such a terrible experience with unprofessional people. I will never recommend this dealership and they have lost a long-time, loyal customer. More

Very bad experience been talking to them over the phone for the past month and they talked a good game. They showed me a vehicle way out of my price range after we discussed what I could afford. My rant is over and I will never go back there or recommend that dealership. More
