This was my first time visiting this dealership’s service center, and while there were some positives, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The service technician I was assigned to was friendl center, and while there were some positives, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The service technician I was assigned to was friendly at the start, but the follow-up and communication throughout the process were disappointing. I had to repeatedly request updates, and when I did get responses, they often came with excuses about how busy he was personally, errors in communication between the dealership and the parent company, or blame placed on the mechanics. At one point, he even said that’s why they are mechanics—because they “don’t know how to communicate.” That kind of statement should never be made, especially when you’re the main point of contact and the face of the company to the customer. On the positive side, the cashier did an excellent job reviewing the charges at checkout. She also went the extra step of bringing out a support tech, who took the time to thoroughly explain the damage and what would be required to complete the repair. Their professionalism and effort to make sure I understood the situation was greatly appreciated. Overall, while I was impressed with the cashier and support tech, the lack of accountability and poor communication from the assigned service advisor overshadowed the experience. I hope the dealership addresses these issues so future visits feel more professional and customer-focused. More
Reliable service, but you can also count on a mess inside and on your vehicle. Oil on the steering wheel, door, floor mat, running board. I always have great service with you. Just one problem this time with dark hair girl that checked me out. I ask to see my rep to ask a question. She said the last one (cubicle). I returned to her then she got an attitude like I was an old demented lady when I told her no one was there. "Which cubicle again" she repeated it again then with an attitude walk off again. My rep had gone to lunch, and I was trying to see his backup. I talked to the rep, and complained about this girls attitude toward me. I felt like a kid left alone in a train station without help. Solution: she could of offered to walk me to the spot, since she did not have any customers but me. It was a very short distance! Instead she chose to dismiss me, and think that I was a problem that she did not want to deal with.i did go back to her, and through the glass told her she could of shown me where to go. Instead she just shook her head at me....dismissing me again. Otherwise it was great service. More
