I’m still waiting for my car to be repaired. I’ve been getting the run-around for a missing part being delivered. Made an appointment for a recall a week and a half in advance. Dropped off vehicle the morning of the appointment. Got a call that afternoon that the tech had taken the vehicle apart to realize they didn advance. Dropped off vehicle the morning of the appointment. Got a call that afternoon that the tech had taken the vehicle apart to realize they didn't have the new part to install. Jesse said it could take days, weeks, or months to get the replacement part. I went back that evening to pick up the vehicle. 2 hours of my day wasted because the service department had their head up their xxx and I'm still driving a vehicle with a safety related issue. No apology. No how can we make it right. Just the way it is at Watson apparently. O'Reilly Chevrolet is further from my home but will be getting my business from now on. More
