Most knowledgable dealership of my needs ever encounted. I came thinking I wanted a Taurus, but when it was shown to me, I could not be comfortable in it do to my size. Michael O'Brien suggested a C-max, wh I came thinking I wanted a Taurus, but when it was shown to me, I could not be comfortable in it do to my size. Michael O'Brien suggested a C-max, which I had never heard of. He brought it out and it fit me to a tee. I love my car. O'Brien came to my house 5 times , with the car, with paperwork, and to deliver the car to me. I've never had such caring and wonderful service. Will recommend Watertown Ford to everyone I meet. When we encountered something that he did not know he played with the device to figure it out then showed me how to work it. He had everything ready upon my arrival to pickup the car and spent the entire evening showing me how to work every device. He has so much patience. I feel very comfortable contacting him in the future to help me if I need support. AL was not pushy or aggressive with the sale and listened to my financial situation not trying g to sell me anything out of my price range. I would return to Watertown Ford and request Al again. There is nothing he does not know about the MKX and how it works. He is a very knowledgeable person. If you have a question about how something works in most cars I would contact him.
