Timing is Everything I visited over Labor Day weekend, hoping to see a used Escape I found on Cargurus. Unfortunately it was already sold and I was pretty bummed out as m I visited over Labor Day weekend, hoping to see a used Escape I found on Cargurus. Unfortunately it was already sold and I was pretty bummed out as my budget was limited and branded dealers usually do not have too many cars in the 10K range. Mike was very friendly and easy to deal with, while the Escape was not available he pulled up a newly traded Fusion Hybrid with great mileage and in overall great shape. I never considered a Hybrid as I thought it would just be too expensive, but the price was right and now after driving it for two weeks, I have just barely used half a tank of gas! Mike understood my financial situation and knew his inventory to find something that fits the budget and I am proud to drive. Thanks Watertown Ford! I hope to see you again in a few years for another one. More

Overal a great experience! I went into the dealership after some lengthy research on what I wanted in my new F150. There are so many models and different configurations to choos I went into the dealership after some lengthy research on what I wanted in my new F150. There are so many models and different configurations to choose from when buying a new F150. My salesman was Sam, and he was great! We went to a satellite lot to look at the truck and then took it for a test drive. When I returned and decided this was the truck I wanted, it was time to negotiate the sales price. Sam brought me over to the sales manager Joseph and we worked out the deal in about 10 minutes. No games, no delays and no disappearing salesman like at other dealerships who try to wear the customer down. I'm very pleased with the deal I got and what my trade in was valued at. I highly recommend going to Watertown Ford when you are ready to purchase a vehicle! More
