Great people to work with here. Genuine. I had leased a Ford F-150 elsewhere – at a dealership right across the street from me actually – and when I returned to give them more business they r I had leased a Ford F-150 elsewhere – at a dealership right across the street from me actually – and when I returned to give them more business they really didn't seem to be very interested in working hard, making any compromises to make me a happy customer. Then I ended up at Watertown Ford. Watertown picked up my interest via email and got in touch with me. I found it refreshing that even before I showed up to the dealership in person, they were willing to exchange numerous emails with real to-the-minute information about trucks I might be interested in, be up front with costs, bring other trucks to my attention when others weren't the right fit. Although I always felt the sell (It's a car dealership; their job is to sell.) I never felt a hard sell, take or leave it, woe-is-me-poor-salesperson routine. And, overall, the people at Watertown just seemed nicer and more genuine. I'm definitely going back there in three years and will in the meantime recommend Watertwon Ford to others. More
