I was not familiar with Watertown Ford but found them via an internet search looking for the right Fusion Sport. Not only did they have the car I wanted in stock, their price was terrific as well. Having worked in the industry as a service manager for a major brand, I can appreciate what it takes to satisfy a customer. Watertown scored 100 in every department! Very Accommodating - Excellent Salesperson We drove 2 hours, from NH, to look at a 2011 Expedition. The young man who assisted us was It was perfect and made an offer. The offer was not accepted so we left only to be emailed 1/2 way home with a counter offer. When we contacted the Sales Manager we let him know how unimpressed we were that we had to leave before even being provided a counter offer. We came to an agreement on the price, but explained that due our business schedule and the 2 hour drive, it would be very difficult to get back to Watertown to take care of purchase. Arrangements were made for the car to be brought to us! We handled a few things over the phone and by email and then my "new to me" vehicle was brought to my door! More
