I had an extremely pleasant experience when I came to Watertown Ford last week. I told them what I was looking for and they delivered. Paul was extremely nice, no pressure salesman. I thought he was going to kill me with how many times I kept asking for a better price, but he didn't; he came back every time with a smile. After we decided to buy the car, the manager Gerry came over shook my hand and congratulated me. My 3 year old son was even starting to get anxious so Paul came out with a hat for him! He LOVES his Watertown Ford hat! They gave me a great deal on my trade in and had me out of there in a timely matter. I couldn't have been happier! THEY ARE A NO HASSLE DEALERSHIP! I have bought plenty of cars before and it can be very intimidating, high pressure salesmen that make your perfectly fine trade look like junk and make you feel low. However at Watertown Ford I felt in control and welcomed. I will always go back and recommend them to all my friends! Thank-you Paul Gerry and Matt for making my sale a pleasant experience! As a single woman walking into a car dealership, I was ready for battle. Turns out, I didn't need to. My experience was entirely positive. I did a good amount of research on the car that I traded in as well as the car that I purchased, in both cases the 'deal' that was offered to me was fair. I really love my new car and have given Neal's card to several of my friends who are on the market. I will be a return customer. More
I was looking for a very specific used vehicle which Watertown Ford had on their lot. We were kindly greeted first by Bruce, the store's manager, who then appointed Neal Santosuosso as our salesperson. Neal was outstanding. He went above and beyond the quality service that is expected at dealerships, going out of his way to make our purchasing experience easy, comfortable, and exciting. We felt very comfortable buying a used vehicle from Watertown Ford. The vehicle runs great and I couldn't be a happier customer! I am a long time customer of Watertown Ford. In March of 2009 I bought a new Focus. I am completely satisfied with it. Previous to that I purchased two pre-owned Tauruses. Both were great. This March my wife and I decided to replace our Mazda CX-7. We wanted another crossover and went to Watertown Fords web site. We found an Edge SEL with All Wheel Drive. The problem was that it was out of our price range unless the folks at Watertown Ford were willing to be generous with our trade. We figured we had nothing to lose so we made an appointment to take a test drive. We loved the vehicle. My wife said there was no way the price would be affordable. I said that this dealership has worked out deals with us in the past, therefore I have the confidence we can work something out. Sure enough, through good faith bargaining with Rob and Bruce, 24 hours later we came to an agreement that both parties were comfortable with. The next night we drove away with a car we thought we could only dream of owning. More
After visiting several dealerships for a new vehicle, a friend suggested we go directly to Watertown Ford. As we were interested in a 2010 Escape, they explained the different models and each of their amenities. They walked the lot with us several times as we considered each model. When we had narrowed our choice down to four vehicles, Neal printed a page for each vehicle which showed prices and listed all the options. Seeing everything laid out on paper made it so much easier for us to compare each vehicle and find the right one for us. The price negotiations were smooth and quick! As we waited for Neal to finalize the deal, we sat in the showroom. Every employee who passed us made a point to smile or stop and say hello. We were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff. They all seemed to get along which made for a comfortable environment. We are thrilled with our new Escape and will definitely recommend Watertown Ford to all of our friends and family. More
My boyfriend and I needed a bigger and better truck for our construction company asap.We had gone to Jack Madden in August and they did nothing but lure us in with a phony free vaction and then proceed to our construction company asap.We had gone to Jack Madden in August and they did nothing but lure us in with a phony free vaction and then proceed to say that the truck that we wanted would cost us over 800 a month when I specifically said that I could not exceed 650. When we gave in they raised the price even more. Last sunday we decided enough was enough and we had to bite the bullet and get a new truck. I researched many trucks and Watertown Ford contacted me immediately the next day. While at the dealership they assured me I could buy it that night, and bet me a coffee that the payments would be under 600 :)..Long story short ..I got a 2010 f250 in less than 24 hours with soso credit and not much down ....way better than the truck I was looking at at Jack madden. In addition to that I want everyone to have the expereince that I did because you will look at car salesman as gods and not creeps...thanks again Al an Matt More

I had just found out that my 16 year old car had a rusted sub-frame and I would need a new car sooner than I thought. Still feeling shaken by what I thought were pieces of my car falling off, I entered Watertown Ford just about an hour before closing time. I was greeted by Michael O'Brien. He quickly put me at ease with his sense of humor and his ability to know what I wanted. A short time later, the purchase was complete and one week later, just about to the minute, I was driving my new Ford Focus home. The whole experience was quick, simple and enjoyable. More
