As a 1st time car buyer, they calmed my nerves and (never patronizing) walked me thru the process. I never felt pressured by Al and he seemed to genuinely want me in the right car. The guy's at Watertown were very helpful in trying to find what I needed in a pickup. Given the effort they put in to help find me a vehicle I felt it important to post. I rated this dealer strictly based on the fact that I had not purchased from them so I don't have data to reflect the "post" support such as warranty repairs and other related after sale support. I set out to be a somewhat difficult customer, as I normally do. I told Al the price I wanted to pay, and the truck I wanted for that money. He searched around and found something at my price point to hold my interest, then kept looking and in a couple of days found exactly what I wanted. Al was attentive, honest, and got me into a fantastic truck in the price range I was looking to be in. It was obvious that his motivation was to get me into a vehicle I would be happy with, and was looking to turn me into a repeat customer. He succeeded on both counts. My dealings with Watertown Ford were straightforward, extremely professional, and I will without question go to them first the next time I'm in the market. Thanks, Al. -Mark More
I have had an interest in the 2013 Ford Focus ST for about a year now and I had driven a pre-production version at Ford's "Performance Academy" at Gillette Stadium last summer, so I knew it was on my sh about a year now and I had driven a pre-production version at Ford's "Performance Academy" at Gillette Stadium last summer, so I knew it was on my short list for my next car. However, when the ST first started arriving in dealerships, I had heard that many dealers were making it hard to get behind the wheel -- substantial markups, no test drives, no plan pricing, etc. -- so I was concerned that this would be a difficult/painful process. After seeing a post from them on Google+ and then checking the reviews here, I decided to give Watertown Ford the call, and I am glad I did. I ordered my Focus ST a couple of months ago through Paul at Watertown Ford. This was my first buying experience at a Ford dealership, having previously only owned Hondas and Acuras, and I can say that it was the best car-buying experience I have had so far. Paul was great, very down-to-earth and low pressure. I was able to schedule a couple of test drives with him so I could compare the ST against my other option, the Subaru WRX. The ST was the clear choice, being more refined and offering more features (well done Ford!). From there ordering was easy, I received a decent trade in on my old car, and they accepted my X-plan without hassle. My car arrived one week ahead of schedule. I could not be happier with the car or my buying experience. Another good point: they were not pressuring to provide positive reviews! A friend of mine got drilled repeatedly to provide a good review when he bought his Volkswagen. When I took delivery, I shook hands with Bruce the sales manager who simply said "if you have any reason you wouldn't give us five stars, tell us and we'll make it right." That's the right way to handle it. I would gladly recommend Paul and Watertown Ford. More

This dealership has the goods...along with great prices. The internet connection advertised the car I was interested in at a very good price...and the car was there and the price was as quoted. With a little back and forth, not painful by any means, Al and Bruce and I reached an even better price. Then I was given a rate that I requested for the loan (helped that my credit rating is outstanding.) I am able to pick up my new car in one day, all registrations transferred and done. This was a very efficient, painless experience. I thought Al was thorough, patient and very informative...no pressure. He also had an excellent sense of humor and that is refreshing. More

I came in to familiarize myself with Ford products for my next car. Al was pretty good at asking the right questions to gage which cars would be best for my needs. He actually just gave me the keys and allowed me to take cars out by myself, which is a first as I've never had a salesman do that. This made a large difference as I prefer to look at a car and absorb what I see and feel from the car, rather than listen to the small talk from a salesman, or listen to them give me a list of the car features. Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit to Watertown Ford and Al for this visit as I serve the purpose of my trip well. More
