Al followed several times months later to ask if everything was OK with the new car, which made me feel like I received a personalized service. They spent lots of time working with me, were patient and there was no pressure like with some dealers. The new Focus is an amazing car, plus I got to support the US economy, would definitely go back and work with Al, et again, if their service and deals continue to be as good. More

I needed a car and thought the 2013 Ford Escape was exactly what I wanted. I bought it at Watertown Ford in October 2012. But after driving it for a couple of months I decided it wasn't what I really exactly what I wanted. I bought it at Watertown Ford in October 2012. I fell in love with it -- I called Al Abramson and told him I wanted to explore switching over to the Edge. As usual Al was so accommodating and as with the Escape -- very low pressure (which in my previous experiences with other dealerships was highly unusual!) Everyone at Watertown Ford jumped in to help me make a smooth and painless transition into the car of my dreams!! Al, Bruce, Jerry, Matt, Big Al and Mike all played a part in my final decision. They presented me with the perfect choice -- my silver/black Ford Edge SEL!!! Once we finalized the paperwork, Al gave me a gift of all weather floor mats and personalized it with a lovely picture from his adorable daughter Juliana. Yay! And then I climbed into my freshly detailed Edge -- thank you Henry for your impeccable work. Mike & Al gave me an invaluable tutorial so I was totally familiar with my new surroundings. I drove off the Watertown Ford lot 200% satisfied. While the Escape is a very nice car -- the Edge feels like it was made especially for me!! I'm over the moon excited!!! I just cold called them.However "yelp" reviews gave their service department some poor reviews. I feel a little anxious about that, but I'll deal with it when the time comes More
