Great Experience at Watertown Ford I had an amazingly terrific experience at Watertown Ford Service. I’m from the Philadelphia area, my daughter took my new 2016 Ford Explorer Sport up I had an amazingly terrific experience at Watertown Ford Service. I’m from the Philadelphia area, my daughter took my new 2016 Ford Explorer Sport up to Brighton to visit some friends. My new car was brutally side-swiped while parked in Brighton. The rear axle was destroyed, and I was devastated. So I drove up to Boston to rescue my little “damsel in distress” and evaluate the damage to my brand new explorer, Heart-breaking! I had no connections in Boston, no way to get my wrecked SUV back to Kennedy Ford in PA. So I turned to Watertown Ford in a panic. I was greeted by an Angel named Malissa Mastroianni, she was patient, understanding and incredibly kind. Malissa knew exactly what to do: she sent a flat-bed truck to pick up my car and meticulously handled every detail with my out-of-state insurance company, the independent adjuster, all of the mechanical and body-shop details and kept me well informed throughout the 5-week process of my repair. More important than all of that, Malissa promised that my wrecked SUV would be “good-as-new”, and she came through with flying colors! Thank you Malissa and thank you to Watertown Ford. More

Brand New F150 / Long Awaited Purchase So for the last couple of years I've been toying with the idea of buying a new F150. I've been to a dozen dealerships. Most were pushy and high pres So for the last couple of years I've been toying with the idea of buying a new F150. I've been to a dozen dealerships. Most were pushy and high pressure. One evening I stopped by Watertown Ford. Wow am I glad I did. Salesman Shamus Gallagher was a zero pressure, easy going smart salesman. I wanted to test drive a vehicle. He didn't waste time chatting, he grabbed the keys and away we went. I loved the truck and he let me enjoy the ride without trying to over sell the truck. I thanked him and left. A month later I was back and I was in the final stages of buying a Silver one from another dealer. I was settling on Silver because no one had black. He smiled and told me not only did they have a black on black, but they also had the V8 I was wanting. Then came the fun part. He offered up the truck nearly 2 thousand less than the other place...AND he offered me up more money on my trade in. He made it a no brainer. We shook hands and I had the truck I'd been wanting for a very long time. The entire staff at Watertown are really a bunch of knowledgable, easy going types that make car buying a pleasure instead of stressful. Can't thank them enough...or recommend them more highly. We spent the entire day there and by the end we were exausted and hungry. We found out when we got home they had lied about the advertised price and overcharged us by a $1000. I complained to the salesman Sam who sent me to Al the finance mgr's voicemail Who never returned my call. My wife and I went back the following Friday for a sticker and registration. I again told Sam how disappointed I was with the dishonesty and unless it was made right they would loose us as customers. I also told Sam as I did on Friday that I was interested in purchasing my vehicle next and if they made it right I would buy from them. I told Sam I had an appointment with Franklin Ford and would cancel it. Till now I have not heard back from Watertown Ford. Friday afternoon I purchased a 2013 Ford F150 from Franklin Ford. Not only did Watertown Ford loose a sale of at least $30k they lost a loyal customer for ever! If you buy from Watertown Ford WATCH OUT! They are willing to loose customers for a $1000. 4/28/15 Alex D from Watertown Ford requested I call him to see if they could fix the issue. He asked what Watertown Ford can do to get me to chang the review. I ask him to give back the $1000. He said "Thanks for calling" Alex was condescending and bordering rude on the phone. Everyone I have dealt with is friendly and professional. Wait times are much shorter than anywhere else I've gone in the past. The waiting area is comfortable and has all the amenities, especially a friendly greeter, good coffee and comfortable chairs where I can use my laptop. The check-out process is helpful and thorough, covering all aspects of the status of my vehicle. My brothers recommended Watertown Ford to me, and I now recommend them to my friends and colleagues. Recently, a ball-joint failure meant I had to have the car towed there unannounced on a Saturday morning. By Monday, Shawn had the ball joints fixed and had quoted me for other work the car needed but didn't flinch when I declined. I picked the car up after-hours on Monday evening and what had seemed like a fairly major ordeal Saturday morning turned out to be not that big a deal. I've always been happy with the service at Watertown Ford, and I'd recommend them to anyone who needed work done to their Ford. More
It was apleasure dealing with Andrew when we purchased our new Fusion Hybrid. He was very helpful during our purchase, answering all our questions about features the car had and how they worked. He set up our phone for us and explained the Ford Sync system to us as well. He even helped me with questions I've had in the two months or so that we have had the car, mostly about the dashboard display. During the sales process I never felt pressured to buy any add on features like paint protection or extended warranties. They were explained to us but never pushed on us. Overall it was a relaxed experience, unlike other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. More
I went to watertown ford service department on Oct 2,2013 2000 ford taurus was leaking oil.they added dye to oil/they said they tightend oil filter (they did not) .I returned on Oct 7,2013 they said the oil 2000 ford taurus was leaking oil.they added dye to oil/they said they tightend oil filter (they did not) .I returned on Oct 7,2013 they said the oil pan gasket was defective.I had them replace gasket total cost was $736.52. On sat Oct 19,2013 while checking under hood. I found oil filter VERY LOOSE .I tightend the oil filer myself.I returned to watertown on Oct21,2013 I talked to service manager they again added dye to oil and came back if continues to leak oil. It stopped after i tightend loose oil filter. Today i went to a mechanic in belmont for heater blowing cold air he found a bad thermostart and anti freeze very dirty. I went to watertown ford quik lane on Dec 19,2012 I spent $313.40 on cooling system/new anti freeze/oil +filter and new battery.I cannot understand why anti freeze could get that dirty in less than a year. I believe all my problems started with my visit to the quik lane with anti freeze not changed properly i also believe oil filter was never tightend properly . Also when new oil pan gasket was replaced oil filter has not changed only oil was changed . They hold me mechanic said filter looked clean You always change oil/oil filter at same time.I will never return to Watertown Ford Service Department . More
