I was completely satisfied with customer service, Al went out of his way to accommodate my schedule, he even dropped off my new car to my house and was great about communicating as I waited for my car in the coming days. All the guys there are great and it's nice to go in and see familiar faces year after year but Al Abramson really stands out in helping Watertown Ford build a sense of family and community at this dealership.
