The best Ford dealership I''ve dealt with. We brought our 2011 F250 to the dealership on 6/11/19 after the 'check engine' light came on. We were traveling from Arkansas to South Bend Indiana p We brought our 2011 F250 to the dealership on 6/11/19 after the 'check engine' light came on. We were traveling from Arkansas to South Bend Indiana pulling an RV. I spoke with with Ryan in Service. He asked if I could drop the trailer so they could run a diagnostic on the truck. I did and the tech was prompt and relayed that a problem with the heater core had a problem. Ryan got the tech to do the repair and we were on the road within 90 minutes. This is the best Ford dealership I've ever dealt with. Ryan was exceptional. The tech rushed to get us on the road quickly. Every aspect of the building was so clean. Every employee I spoke to was pleasant and very personal. Kudos to Ryan, the tech and manager of the dealership! More
