I feel that I should have been kept informed on status of car better especially since initial order was totaled out. I had to go in to check on it once a week for several weeks after I was told it should be car better especially since initial order was totaled out. Jessie was very cooperative and friendly. His interaction was one of the main reasons, we came back a 2nd time to look at cars. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH HOW I WAS TREATED. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS BEING A CORPORATION, THERE ARE DIFFERENT RULES THAT APPLY. From the time we walked in the door we felt welcome. Our salesman showed a whole lot of patience when I asked him if I could test drive three cars. The salesman found the car color I wanted. The dealership gave me a good price for my trade-in. I liked that we were given a tour of the whole dealership and wereintroduced to all dept. heads. A year ago I bought my first Hyndia Elantra from Marion Ford. At the time it was in the price range I could afford but didn't have all the features I really wanted but couldn't have because of the price. Ford. So when I saw the same car with the features I was wanting I went by to see if it was even possible to trade my car I had had for only a year in for my dream car. At first I was a little turned away by the sales associate telling my mom and me that I could put a sunroof in my existing car for $1,100.00 instead of trying to trade it in for this other car. I am assuming that it was because he didn't think I was serious about trading my car in for a newer updated model. But the first sales associate I worked with a year ago made my experience at Marion Ford so wonderful, I went ahead and gave this new guy a chance and made an appointment for the next day so that I could actually bring my car back with me along with my dad. When it was realized that I was completely serious about trading, the sales associate got the ball rolling with getting the paperwork started to see if it was even a possiblity to trade my car in. Although I had only had my car a year, I had expected to get what the car was worth according to Kelly Blue Book. It was close to the suggested price. I would have liked to have gotten the price of the new car down a little bit. But everything worked out in the end and I am completely happy with my trade and my experience with Marion Ford. I will go back to this dealership for any future purchases and will highly recommended them to anyone I know. More
