I remember thinking, "He has a beautiful smile and has shown it all day, not like someone who is unhappy because he has to work on a beautiful Saturday!" Jon was just as nice and welcoming to us. And when there was a slight misunderstanding about the number of months Keith wanted the payment plan to go, this was changed instantly with no questions asked. Everyone at Marion Ford made us feel like we were their number one priority, and that our needs and wants were most important. That is what every dealership's goal should be, but since that hasn't always been our experience here in MO, we will make that drive again to Marion when it's my turn to get a brand new shiny car! :) I will reccomend you to everyone I know (I even took a stack of Derrick's business cards to hand out to people!)and have already begun telling friends and family to make that drive across the Mississippi bridge!
