We only got 28.5 mpg. We have talked to the dealer many times. All they do is run a test, tell us that all is working correctly. Last they tested it. They said it was getting 30.5 mpg and advised that was acceptible highway mph. Advised them that was far from 40 mpg. That started that's what the gas card is for. I told them that only covers 1mpg not the other 11mpg average loss we have. The 40 mpg was the reason we bought the car. We started complaining the first day or so of having the car. The dealer told us it was breaking in and would get better with time. I think they were stalling to keep us from backing out of the deal. We bought the extended warranty. If we didn't I would have shipped it down the road. I feel the deal was aware of the probably and just lied to make a sale. More

Very Dis-satisfied After less than 3 years of owning my Sonata I had to take it back to the dealer for 2 recall notices. I was reminded why I never take it there for re After less than 3 years of owning my Sonata I had to take it back to the dealer for 2 recall notices. I was reminded why I never take it there for regular maintenance. I took it when the first oil change was due and told there were 8 people ahead of me. I drove over to Rabens and got the oil changed and have been going ever since. My appointment on the 19th was sch'd for 12:30 and suppose to take 2 hrs. At 5:00 it still was not done. I also had to have a new battery - retail cost of $115.66 - my cost was $86.75 because it was still under the 3 yr. warranty. I only wish I had gone to Rabens for the new battery as I am sure it would have been less expensive. The service dept. seemed very dis-organized to me. I was not happy with the experience. More
Had to go some were else to buy truck. Not good, after several hours of back and forth, number games, and pressure of financing through them at higher rate than i had at my own bank. Great Dealership I had been "car hunting" for 3 years. Looking for the exact car I wanted at a price I was willing to pay. I found it, but it was almost 4 hours away f I had been "car hunting" for 3 years. Looking for the exact car I wanted at a price I was willing to pay. I found it, but it was almost 4 hours away from my home. Since it was during a work week I couldn't find anyone to take me to the dealership to look at the car. My salesman, Brian McHugh said he would send someone down in the car for me so I could have someone check it out. And if I wanted it I would ride back with the man that drove it down. Well I had never heard of that. They went to extremes to get my business and it worked. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was friendly and helpful, (I have always pretty much disliked auto salesmen, due to their pushy, smothering, just downright obnoxious ways to try to get you to make a purchase). I was more comfortable at this dealer than I am at the Chevy dealer in my hometown where I have lived all of my life. It was a really good experience with great end results! Great place! More
