History of Marion Ford/Hyundai purchases My Father, now 86, started buying cars over 40 years ago from Bryce and Don Fisher, when they were located on Court Street. My Dad trusted both the Fi My Father, now 86, started buying cars over 40 years ago from Bryce and Don Fisher, when they were located on Court Street. My Dad trusted both the Fishers explicitly. The last vehicle that he purchased before he was no longer able to drive was a 2013 Sonata. I couldn't tell you how many he bought throughout the years, though I am sure that it was a lot. I don't know of him ever shopping anywhere else. His trust spilled into financing, service, etc. I never heard him say that he felt taken advantage of, or being dissatisfied with any of his vehicles! Figuring that, since he was about the smartest man I ever knew, I started buying my own in the late 70's. Ford Trucks, Cougars, Taurus, and then the Hyundai Brand. I started with the XG. After that I purchased two Sonatas and now, an Azera. I never felt pressure to buy, have vehicles swapped on me, or surprises at F & I. I always have my service, warranty work, and body work done there. I would recommend them to any friend or relative. More

Terrible Service Department Truly horrendous service and do they seem to care. I had an appointment for my car to be seen on Thursday because the check engine light came on and t Truly horrendous service and do they seem to care. I had an appointment for my car to be seen on Thursday because the check engine light came on and the windshield wipers where acting up, so I wanted it checked for electrical issues. The car quit Wednesday night and I had it towed in on my extended warranty coverage. Excellent service on the roadside assistance and the towing company. The dealership had not even looked at the car by Friday, they provided no loaner and refused a rental because they didn't know if the repair was covered. How could they possibly know, since they never looked at the car? I had to work all weekend, 25 miles to work one way. Numerous phone calls and absolutely no resolution, by Wednesday I rented a car. They called Wednesday afternoon to say they had a loaner, and they thought they knew what was wrong. Got the car back Thursday, no apology, they wouldn't even speak to me, provided no receipt, no one was available for two days of rental and two weeks later, nothing when I went to get the car. No one was in the service bay, no one anywhere. They said they had approval for two days of rental coverage, not a penny so far, but they sure collected the $100 deductible before I got my car. Still no receipt, no rental coverage no apology. In general they don't just suck, they're too cowardly to even face you. More
