New Ford Escape I have only bought vehicles from one dealership the last 30 years and decided to switch. When I came to Watermark Ford I felt like I had done business with them for years. Tim was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Ford Escape I purchased. He explained everything from bumper to bumper about the vehicle, introduced me to the service department staff, showed me how to work the new technology and even synced my phone. Our salesperson, David, was very personable and respectful to both of us throughout the entire process. Once we were finished with the financing and ready to take possession of the vehicle he didn't just "rush" through the presentation, even though he had other customers waiting in his office, but made sure we understood how the features worked. We will definitely buy from this dealership again, as everyone from the receptionist to the Managers were very friendly and made us feel like we were important to them, and made sure we had refreshments and were comfortable at all steps of the process.
