Highly satisfied! We were saving to get an RV but when we realized it would take too long we opted to get a bigger SUV instead. Rowe acct. The check from T. Rowe took a few days to get then had to wait another week for the bank to clear. In the meantime we drove a used 2016 Ford Fusion. We also bought a 2020 Hyundai Palisade. While driving the Fusion the engine light went off. Went to have it checked out, which took 4 days, and came back saying it needed a new engine. The dealer said they didn't want to sell it to us even though it would have been repaired had we decided to keep it. Instead we bought a 2018 Kia Optima. It was great that they let us drive them while the checks cleared and that they didn't hold us to buying the Fusion. Our last 3 vehicles have been purchased here and will continue to buy from this dealer. Highly recommend! More
