Helped out even when they were backed up with work. We were travelling south in on I57 on a road trip to Florida and thought we had a bearing going bad. It was Friday afternoon and every shop I called We were travelling south in on I57 on a road trip to Florida and thought we had a bearing going bad. It was Friday afternoon and every shop I called was busy and said they couldn't help. When I called the service department of Marion Ford, it was a different story. Despite having a full garage of vehicles to service Ryan offered to hope in the car to listen and help diagnose if it was a safety issue or not. After our ride, he had a mechanic, John, come for a ride to confirm our suspicion that it was a bearing going bad. After the test drive, they put it on a lift to pull off the suspected bad wheel to inspect. When they pulled off the cap covering the lug nuts, there were 6 loose lug nuts from another shop's work the day before. The loose lug nuts was likely the cause, but they still pulled off the wheel to inspect for further damage from the loose wheel. After securing the lug nuts and torquing to the factory specs (including checking the three other wheels), John took it for another test drive to confirm the issue was solved. I was impressed with their helpfulness and willingness to assist. They got our family back on road and headed back toward vacation. I was helpful to pay for the service, but they insisted that it was not necessary and even offered a car wash on the way out. Thank you Ryan and John. More

Said if I needed anything look him up. I came back during the day a few days later and was approached by a woman salesman. I told her I had already spoken to TJ and she went and got him for me. One thing les to another and I eventually bought the last 2017 Santa Fe the lot. Other than me having to spend my money everything was very laid back. I so appreciated this. More
