Work done quickly. At the time we purchased our 2014 Ford Taurus, my wife noticed that the rear driver's side taillight had condensation in it. An appointment was set up to repair the taillight. We were told a new taillight would cost $850. All concerned felt that that was an exorbitant price, so the service department looked for a used unit. they did find one, and when the work was done, it was determined that since the light was defective when we bought the car, the dealership would take care of the cost. We also wanted to get the car serviced. Since we lived in Pinckneyville, it would have been another trip to Marion to get the car serviced. The young man we dealt with was very thoughtful, and moved a job around so that we could get the car serviced while we were there. The entire experience was very pleasant. From Pam Braswell, who sold us the car, to the service department, and Rine in particular, we were treated very well. Please pass on our thanks to your entire staff, who were asking if they could do anything for us. We had a very pleasant experience. Thank you. More

experience let me start by saying im not a big fan of dealership repairs I once hd a Dodge Charger 1972 took it to dodge dealer for body work after an accident t let me start by saying im not a big fan of dealership repairs I once hd a Dodge Charger 1972 took it to dodge dealer for body work after an accident t sat in the yard for 10 days with the trunk lid off and 4 inches of snow and most of the chrome fell off in 3 days. took my explorer for recall they fixed that and gave me a list of 12 things to be fixed and basically told me I was stupid for driving it then called me every day for 2 weeks until I hurt their feelings and they gave up but I must say your dealership is great I came in with a problem they bent over backwards to help me they treated me like royalty Ryan in service is so thorough and understanding so helpful I can't think of enough words to praise him he took care of warranty work loaner cars and got my money back on a lease car. not to mention the work was great and thorough while I was waiting for repairs they checked on me several times to see if everything was good it felt like home I had major problems with the truck and now I must say it is great a hearty I am haaaaaaaaaaaapy with Ryan and all your people in the service dept again all I can say is thanks.
