Service Performed by Quick Lane and Repair Shop As part of my purchase of my new Truck mud flaps were to be installed. I got a call from the parts department that my mud flaps had arrived and I could schedule installation. I drove to the Quick Lane and as it was a busy morning I knew that my wait would be longer than usual, The Service Manager and her assistant kept me, as well as other customers, fully informed. When the installation of my Mud Flaps was scheduled the Technician discovered that, due to a change in configuration for the 2018 Truck it would be better if the body shop did the installation . This was coordinated, the truck moved to the body shop, and the Mud Flaps were rapidly and correctly installed. I can not say enough about the quality of service and the professionalism of the Managers and Technicians. I have traveled over 70 miles for over 12 + years to use the Quick Lane for service of my Trucks. This should tell you more that I could say in writing. This, as well as your sales person (Gary Sutton now Michelle Laird) is why I return. More
