Came thru Wonderfully. My SportTrac started smoking on the way to lunch. I knew I was less than a mile from my local Ford place so I went straight there expecting to have to My SportTrac started smoking on the way to lunch. I knew I was less than a mile from my local Ford place so I went straight there expecting to have to leave it there until Monday. Once off the sales folk came out to tell me the service dept was closed but suggested I go to the QuickLane. It was about 1230p and they were scheduled to close at 1pm. The guy at the desk was very nice. Said they had the cars in front of me but they would get it in and at least see what was wrong. I went to lunch and waited on the call. When 1pm came and went I expected it would be Mon before I heard back. But at 120p he called and said they had found the problem, sent for the part and would have it fixed by 2pm. When I went back him and the tech (who had stayed late to fix my car) showed me what had happened and gave me the broken hose. Amazingly it took less than 2hrs andcost less than $200. More
