The FI person who worked on my deal, told me that I did get the oil change maintenance told me my payments were going to be lower. I’m very disappointed in this company I’ve bought purchase for vehicles he get the oil change maintenance told me my payments were going to be lower. I’m very disappointed in this company I’ve bought purchase for vehicles here before and I will never purchase another vehicle there again I didn’t know that I didn’t have the oil package until I came there for an appointment, the lady that was quitting and doing my deal. All she talked about is how she was getting a job and leaving this one I walked out with no paperwork to confirm my payments and everything else. More
