Useless mechanics. I took the car there which is still under guarantee for a noise it has in the steering wheel and is getting worse with time. They checked in front of me and they actually said it has a noise, but after 2 days they call me back and they say they can't find the source of the noise. Now that speaks a lot about how good their mechanics are. They didn't do anything to the car, or just didn't wanted to fix it because is under guarantee. But they charged me $80 for just having it parked 2 days in their parking lot. But if something happens to me or my family while driving that car and we are involved in an accident, they will hear from me again and they will not like it at all. More
1 Star customer service is being generous! A 2018 Kia Stinger GT1 caught our attention parked out front. We were not familiar with the car and so we did a little internet recon. Upon looking online we found it was a great car and that there was the exact same car 1 hour away with 18,000 less miles listed for $2,000 less. We pointed it out and we were immediately told by the sales manager if we had the gas money to get there to go get it (okay buddy). Shocked and disappointed we did leave and drive the 1 hour to Doug smith Kia in American Fork, UT where we received excellent customer service. We proceeded to buy not the 2018 GT1 with 18,000 less miles but a 2022 model with only 25 miles! The tone and the attitude at Wasatch Kia in Riverdale, UT was rude and basically can't be bothered. If we could not find a middle ground on the car we were certainly ready to look at other options. I have never been dismissed or insulted in this way in any dealership before. The manager told us there was a Grand Canyon between us and apparently the price of the car?!... there is a Grand Canyon between the manager and common decency. We will never return there and certainly will not be using them for future service on our new 2022 Stinger GT1! More

Pulled up not quite sure what we were going to buy. John Kraemer asked many questions and we narrowed our choices. We test drove a few vehicle without any rush. We have purchased all of our cars (4 new and 1 used) from Kevin McInnes at Wasatch Front Kia. The entire sales department are warm and welcoming but Kevin really makes us feel like family. He is up front when a answering questions and has never steered us wrong. We are about to be moving out of state but we will literally fly back here to drive home in any new cars we purchase. Amazing salesmanship and customer service. Kevin McInnes greeted us warmly and didn't make us feel pushed into buying at all. He allowed to look around and in our own time. If I could give negative points I would. John Kraemer is the WORST salesman i have ever had to work with. He was incredibly rude, unhelpful, and said i was disrespectful for not knowing what kind of car i w the WORST salesman i have ever had to work with. He was incredibly rude, unhelpful, and said i was disrespectful for not knowing what kind of car i wanted and asking him to help me compare some models and prices, said i wasted his time and that he didn't get paid to compare prices for me and to come back when i was ready to buy a car from him. He said he would not waste his time by going over things with me over the phone and i could come in if i wanted to buy a car.(mind you we are in a global pandemic and some dealerships will ship a car to you without ever stepping foot in the office) He talked badly about his fellow workers, Brandon and Kevin and was extremely unprofessional and impudent. If you absolutely must shop here, make sure you don't have to go through a miserable shopping experience with John or his manager. :/ More
BEFORE & AFTER Statements by salesman. BEFORE buying the car: 1. ‘Pulse’ brake installed on car. No extra charge. 2. All used cars come with new tires. This is the reason why an extra $500.00 was deducted from our trade in. We were told again all used cars get new tires when we were looking at the tires on the car we wanted to buy. 3. Previous owners are sending a second key fob. Only one was at the dealership at the time of the sale. 4. A paint pen will be provided at no charge to cover 2 nickel size paint chips on the car. AFTER purchase and our signatures on sale. 1. ‘Pulse’ brake is a mandatory addition to car. The cost was an extra $399.00 – not included in original price. Salesman said we misunderstood 2. No new tires were on the car we purchased. Salesman said we misunderstood. We were told they were not needed because the car we bought only had 23,000 miles – yet we were charged $500 for the car we traded in even though it only had 27,000 miles and snow tires were used for half of the time the car was driven. 3. No extra key fob was ever received. Salesman said there was nothing he could do about it now. My cost to buy a new fob is $256. 4. Paint pen never provided. Salesman told us 4 different times it was on the way. The 'AS IS' document says there is no warranty regardless of any oral statements made. Believe it! A salesman can say anything to get you to buy. Don’t be trusting and stupid like we were. More
