Looks like she has been banished to the un air conditioned shop where her desk is set up. It sure didn't dampen her enthusiasm! She is very focused on giving customers a very good experience. Within 45 minutes I was in and out. I have no problem giving this vehicle service a perfect score. They deserve it. My only complaint is that Haylees desk is in the shop and it was 85 degrees in there. Soon, it will be cold in that part of the shop. She is a good asset! More
