The best new car buying experience I ever had! This was the first dealership I visited and I wasn't really sure what type of vehicle I wanted to purchase. I had to visit and drive other types of vehicles the first dealership I visited and I wasn't really sure what type of vehicle I wanted to purchase. I had to visit and drive other types of vehicles before I made my decision. My salesperson, Jean, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable with the different vehicles and maintained just the right amount of contact to let me know he was interested in my business but allowed me to arrive at my car making decision in my own timing. To say the least I came full circle and eventually purchased a Camry just down the street at Warrenton Toyota. The buying and service experience has been great. If you want to save yourself time and pain then I would recommend this be your first stop. Andy W. More
In 2010 I went to Warrenton Toyota to buy a Prius. I told them I was interested in the red color, but John W. said that that Toyota stopped building The Prius in that color and they did not have them anymore them I was interested in the red color, but John W. said that that Toyota stopped building The Prius in that color and they did not have them anymore. I ended up buying the dark gray. A week later I found out that they had one in their lot with the red color and that Toyota never stopped making red Toyotas. Service is great and manager Todd G. takes care of his customers. My Prius had a couple of issues and he knew exactly what the problem was and he made sure his team took care of the problem and fixed it. In 2012 I went back to buy another Toyota and I had an email with an internet priced Toyota. They sent me a quote from some lady’s inbox Natasha L. who was not there, but they did print my email and her response when I went to the dealership to look at the car. John W. showed up to help me and said that the car was not at their dealership and that it was at another dealership. I reminded him of his lie with my Prius, and he said “It happens.” I believe that his response shows that he does not mind lying and LYING happens at their dealership. John was seemed like a believable guy and he does look like a nice guy, but buyer beware that he LIES. Ask for a different manager to work with you. More

Bought a 2010 Prius back in October 2009. I have forgotten the sales person's name, but the whole experience was great. Honestly, if I needed to buy another car, I'd buy it from these guys. They m forgotten the sales person's name, but the whole experience was great. Honestly, if I needed to buy another car, I'd buy it from these guys. They made the sale go very smoothly. And the backend part of the deal with the finance guy was ridiculously easy. No shenanigans. No xx. I've been there once for service, and service was good. Though, I just came in for routine maintenance, so I can't give a thorough review. More

They give you all of the information you need up-front to make a decision -- out-the-door price broken down, and a copy of the sticker in a .pdf file. You can tell by the VIN number that they really have the car on hand, and are dealing openly and honestly. My dealer, Jeremy McCoy, worked in a very straight-forward manner and didn't play games. I was immediately impressed when he answered my first email inquiry -- he broke everything down in out-the-door terms and was always responsive in answering emails. Many other dealerships try to use old showroom floor methods to force a face-to-face relationship -- "What time tomorrow will you stop in?", "I need to speak with you about some of the details, please give me a call," "You need to come in for me to explain all of the details." And some dealerships won't give you all of the information up front, even though I explicitly ask for it -- again as a means to force the customer to engage more personally. After a few back and forths, I let these guys know "Look, I don't want a pen pal, I am considering buying a car. If you can't give me the information I need in an email, I'll work the other dealerships that already have." Some try the showroom floor approach of badgering, "Are you serious about buying a car?!" etc. I tell those guys, "I am serious, but I don't like your tone. If you can't work professionally, I'll continue working with the other dealerships who can." I didn't have any problems with Warrenton Toyota Scion, and Jeremy McCoy really knew how to give me the information I needed to make a decision. More
