I get the impression that he would rather sell the right car for you even if it meant that you may have to come back a few more times before he has what you want. I went up there to look at a more expensive car than the one I ended up buying. When it became obvious to Mike that I prefer Porsches that have been well cared for, he steered me toward a consignment car that was in near perfect condition even though it was not quite as full featured. I also don't think that he stood to make as much on the consignment car as he might have on the other car I went to see. I liked the second car very much and we struck a deal quickly that included fixing the tire pressure monitoring system. While I did have to drive 4 hours to return to Warrenton to get the TPMS fixed, the cost of the repairs far exceeded what Mike had estimated. He absorbed the extra cost without complaint. This was the BEST auto buying experience we have had in 35 years. Mike was knowledgeable, kind, funny, and professional. He was the OPPOSITE of a "high pressure" sales person! When we stopped by the lot we really were "just looking" but he was so low key and friendly we test drove this gorgeous Audi in spite of ourselves. 2 days later with Mike's help, we bought the car in about 15 min for a very, very reasonable cost. ( We didn't haggle for this cost, Mike suggested it!) This is my husband's car but when I'm in the market, we are going back to Mike and Highline. More

I had a good feeling about Warrenton Highline before my husband and I went up there last week. They showed a pre owned Mercedes GLK350 in their inventory listed on the internet. I called there and spoke to William Ashby and he assured me that it was a good automobile. When we arrived Mike Vitiello handed us the keys and told us to drive it as long as we needed to feel comfortable with the car. The car was in pristine condition, had low mileage, and we both loved driving it. I was trading in my BMW X5 for this Mercedes. I had already received some low ball offers on my car, which was also in pristine condition and had low mileage, so I didn't really know what to expect. Much to my delight Mike, the manager, acknowledged the value of my auto and made me a very fair offer. Both Mike and William are great guys to deal with. They are very respectful and it isn't "just about them". They genuinely want you to drive away as a satisfied customer, which I did. I would not hesitate to recommend Warrenton Highline to my family and/or friends, and if and when I am ready to trade this Mercedes, I will head back up to Highline. More
