Our leaky trunk is finally fixed We returned our 2013 Fusion to Midtown Motors after having had it in for service there the week before to fix a leak in our trunk. After the first vi We returned our 2013 Fusion to Midtown Motors after having had it in for service there the week before to fix a leak in our trunk. After the first visit, the service people had fixed an area where they found a leak and felt that the issue was resolved. Upon our return, they called in SafeLite to remove the rear window and recaulk it. This did resolve the issue to our satisfaction. Rob Larson and Julie Fisher, as well as Josh Herzog, were great to work with. They did everything they could to resolve our issue, especially after the leak wasn't resolved completely the first time. They got the car in right away and got it taken care of very quickly. We are very satisfied with the end result. More

Not happy. I have had my Edge there three times. Took it back yesterday, for a terrible noise it was making. Told today it was a power steering line. Drove out o I have had my Edge there three times. Took it back yesterday, for a terrible noise it was making. Told today it was a power steering line. Drove out of the parking lot still making a terrible noise. Took it to someone else to check it out and it is the left front axle, cv joint. This person told me not to drive it. Needless to say I am really pissed off at this point. I was also told today when I picked my car up, it was checked over personally by one of your techs and was told everything was nice in tight and fine. I have just spent $1800.00 in repairs and my car still isn't fixed. Thank you, Linda Hornstrom More
