Quick and friendly service. Prompt! I called for oil change and was able to get in at my convenience. When I arrived (early) they took my car right in. I went to the lounge which Prompt! Nothing Like Top-Notch Service I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation using your on-line scheduler and when it was time, I arrived at the dealership service center. My appoint I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation using your on-line scheduler and when it was time, I arrived at the dealership service center. My appointment was not in the system but the service rep, Julie Fisher, immediately looked at the day's schedule and placed me into the next slot. It took less than an hour and a half to complete the service, even with the error in scheduling. More
