Never again at Midtown I am glad to say I traded the F-150 for a new Jeep. Their service department did a oil change on the F-150 and left the oil filter loose witch leake I am glad to say I traded the F-150 for a new Jeep. Their service department did a oil change on the F-150 and left the oil filter loose witch leaked oil. Not even a I'm sorry from them. As a matter of fact the dealer's owner himself hung up on me when I complained to him about the oil filter being loose. I will never buy a vehicle from Midtown,nor would I recommend anyone from doing to them for a new vehicle. I have heard from many that I am not the only one who has problems with their service department. Go to Shults for your next new vehicle. More
