The area appeared neatly organized, and I noted that Warren Midtown Motors has more ASE Certified Technicans than most of the other Ford dealerships in our area. Rude people Julie is very rude and short with us when we come in. This is the second time in a year we have had to have a clutch replaced in a two year old car th Julie is very rude and short with us when we come in. We have every right to be frustrated and instead of being treated like decent people who spent twenty two thousand five hundred dollars on a brand new car we get treated like crap.
