from the time i bought my 2011 explorer to the times i have had it in the service dept., i can not say a bad word about this dealership. it has been one of the best experiences that a person can have wit have had it in the service dept., i can not say a bad word about this dealership. it has been one of the best experiences that a person can have with a vehicle. the sales person {victor valone}, the sales mgr {kevin ruttenbur}, the service dept. {randy, skip, mike} have been great and know how to treat a customer when they walk in the door and they make you feel like one of the family. just great to deal with. THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO TAKE CARE OF YOU. YOU DO NOT SEE THAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE. We received fast and courteous service from Kevin Cobb, Mike Curren, and the Midtown Motors employees who prep the new vehicles for delivery. Kevin worked with us until we were happy with the deal on a new Mike Curren, and the Midtown Motors employees who prep the new vehicles for delivery. I had a hole in my tire, I took it to skip and he did a wonderful job i would not take my car anywhere else! I tried it myself with one of those do it your self kits and it just did not hold up!! I have purchased 4 vehicles from Midtown Motors, so I have a good amount of experience working with the dealership. All of the deals were about as seamless as possible and definitely the best experience have a good amount of experience working with the dealership. The staff were always extremely friendly, and are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you are sure you made the right choice going to Midtown.
