We went to Midtown to look for a new 2012 Explorer. We waited a few minutes and out comes this salesman, introduces himself as Bo Crutchfield and says "How can I be of service to you?" We went to his office, we talked, looked at a few vehicles and they weren't what we wanted. He says "Let's go inside and find you your vehicle." Within 1 hour, he found our vehicle in Cleveland, OH., exactly what we wanted and it would be at Midtown Monday morning, ready for pickup after 5pm. We bought our new Explorer. He called twice Monday to keep us informed and we picked it up Monday at 6:15pm and I love it. Since the purchase, we have received emails and a phone call just to check and see how we are doing. Bo, I want to thank you for the wonderful service, you're professionalism, knowledge of the product, appearance and attitude is more than I have seen in a saleman in along time. My husbands family has worked with Dan since 1970, and before that as a mechanic. My father in law would only let him work on his vehicle. We have followed him all over the county, and now into PA.
