Just purchased my first NEW vehicle. My husband has shopped at Midtown, but we have never purchased there. Safe, fun to drive, great on gas, etc. The shopping / buying experience was LOW PRESSURE and ACTUALLY ENJOYABLE. Scott Fischer made us a reasonable offer on our trade and made the numbers work for us to drive away in our new Escape. We picked it up on a weeknight and I have to compliment Scott and Mike Curren, the Finance Manager. All the paperwork was ready to go and exactly as promised. Both Scott and Mike worked past normal business hours to help us finish the deal. Scott then PATIENTLY went through every aspect of the vehicle with us from windshield wipers to blue tooth set up. I was looking for a new or nearly new Ford Escape and fell in love with the Ruby Red color after I saw it. I contacted Midtown Motors and they happened to have a 2013 Escape that was Ruby Red and had fell in love with the Ruby Red color after I saw it. I contacted Midtown Motors and they happened to have a 2013 Escape that was Ruby Red and had low mileage. Scott Fisher showed me the car and was very helpful. I have never purchased a car with all of the bells and whistles that the Titanium model has and still learning after two months some of the features.
