FABULOUS My family has been with Scott Fisher since he was at Ed Shultz and stayed with him through his transition to Midtown Motors. Scott would honestly do anything he possibly could for a customer. He is such a great, outgoing, and nice guy. He sold my dad his truck and both my mom and little brother their vehicles, as well. I absolutely love my vehicle! I got myself four wheel drive, a keypad door lock, and my middle cubby which were all my requirements for my new vehicle in a price range that I can afford. I would certainly recommend anyone to go see Scott or anyone for excellent service at Midtown Motors. Keep up the good work! Thanks for everything!! =D More

Truck Transmission Issue My 2012 F-150 EcoBoost started having transmission sensor issues after 50K miles - it could not decided what gear it was in once it warmed up, but int My 2012 F-150 EcoBoost started having transmission sensor issues after 50K miles - it could not decided what gear it was in once it warmed up, but intermittently. Mid-Town installed a data box that would capture data that the truck computer was missing. They gave a nice Ford Escape to drive while they repaired my truck. The truck is running fine and I can not say enough how the personnel helped me with solving the issues with my work and only vehicle. Mid-Town Motors is my dealership. More

no title My wife had my F-150 out for an oil change and tire rotation yesterday and for the 2x in a row I was charged for the tire rotation – I stopped back ou My wife had my F-150 out for an oil change and tire rotation yesterday and for the 2x in a row I was charged for the tire rotation – I stopped back out but they told me I had to wait until the morning for the credit to be issued – please advise when this is issued – Few other notables – • 2 hours for an oil change & tire rotation (made and appointment & advised they would wait for service) • Was told lug nuts were split (6pcs) and needed replaced or vehicle would not be safe – chrome caps were split – not lug nuts - $41 for 6 lug nuts?!?! Should have been given the option to replace myself – was told there is not a socket that fits the lug nut without it being hammered on – (no further comment) • 3rd time I have been very dissatisfied with having my f-150 serviced - $110 diagnostic test to find nothing wrong was the last incident – emailed my comments on this – never to receive an explanation – customer service follow ups?? Going to be very difficult to bring any of my 3 fords back for service (2 of which I purchased there) – Thank you for your time, I wasted 3 hours of mine yesterday - More
