I love my new car! He was wonderful to work with and he made car shopping fun! Kurt took the time to teach me how to use the various features on my Explorer that I wasn't familiar with. He's called me to ensure that I still like my new Explorer and he says that I can call him anytime if I have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Warren Midtown Motors and Kurt! More
i've never experienced better I've been to many service departments, but not a one of them even come close to the way they treat you at Midtown Motors. First Service Visit We purchased front & rearmed flaps as well as front & rear rubber floor mats and had them installed. Also had balance & fade speaker switch checked and nothing was found wrong. Had sales person Andy G check it out with me and It is working but not as smoothly as another I have seen and tried. It takes many many touches some of the time and moves one click per touch other times. It did work much bearer for Andy but often times was not smooth and needed multiple touches but this is not something I would use very often. everything else works fine and we are enjoying our Edge very much so not concerned about the balance/fader not being perfect. Everyone I saw from the service manager to the front reception lady, as well as any other Mid Town Employee were both friendly and professional and I respect & appreciate that. Also, Andy G shows as Much interest in us ow as when we were considering our purchase,he has stressed that he is available For any need that we may have, Mid Town is a class act! More

Ease of the service So I started using Midtown due to my company truck being a Ford. Skip, Rob and Julie have always been awesome with getting me in and out. We started using them for repairs on our personal vehicles. Julie spent extra time with my wife to be sure she was getting just what she needed. Very Appreciated. We have gotten a few sets of tires on our vehicles through the dealership. They always take care of us on them. Skip and Rob always explain to me the repairs needed. They always tell me if it is going to take longer than expected or if a problem comes up. More
routine maintainence, plus module for the transmission Satisfied with the service, disappointed with FORD for the transmission problem, (this wants a min. wording) so, this is my 2nd car with an issue my 2 Satisfied with the service, disappointed with FORD for the transmission problem, (this wants a min. wording) so, this is my 2nd car with an issue my 2004 ESCAPE had problems with the front wheel bearings changed them constantly like every 30,000 miles. This tranny may need an adjusment every oil change. More
